Having trouble setting up my Smart AC Controller V3

After the smart AC controller says "Tado" and "Hi" it displays the numbmer 7248 and I am unable to setup the device. Any help would be appreciated.

If it is not working, please contact support. It would also help if you send a photo with of the remote controller of the AC.
