Heat request with gas boiler, relay

Hello,

I have a gas boiler (ferroli nem elite 60) and my tado tried to use heat request functionality.

The boiler starts only on level 3 ( and its’s ok, because it’s just a relay).


How can I turn off in tado app the heat request support and only use just 0 & 3 (on/off)?

    If it’s connected by relay, Tado will know it can only switch the boiler on or off but will simulate modulation by cycling the boiler so there’s less overshoot of the target temperature.

    I don't think it works as it should. I set smart scheduling and see in the app that tado tries to start the boiler (on level 1), but nothing happens. Then, after 20-30 min, it pushes on level 2, and nothing happens...And it's still cold.

    After 1 hour (from the scheduled time), it goes to level 3 and finally turns on the boiler. And the system needs another 1 hour to warm up, and I can feel the heating. So it takes 2 hours AFTER the scheduled time to warm the house.

    I'd contact Tado support and see what they can adjust. Mine is a bit off but not that bad. Mine will come on with lower levels of heat request.

    If you set it on to boost does it turn on immediately?
