Tado received needing to be reset daily

Last weekend I removed a room thermostat and knocked off the master fuse.

Since then, I have to daily press the heat button on the tado receiver attached to my boiler.

I've tried resetting the bridge but no luck. Can anyone please help?

    You were removing a wired thermostat with the power on???

    It might sound obvious but have you tried pairing the receiver to the bridge again? It sounds like it’s lost connection.

    I tried what I think you recommended but it seems to have made it worse. Now, my TRVs are calling for heat but the central heating light on the receiver is not lighting up.

    To pair the receiver and bridge again, I held down the bridge pairing button for 10 seconds and then the main button on the receiver for 10 seconds.

    Any suggestions!? I fear I now have no heating in the house.

    And no, I turned the fuse off before touching the wires but I can see why you thought that from my words!

    Try turning the receiver off at the mains (might involve turning off your boiler as well), leave it 30 seconds then on again. Def sounds like it isn’t connecting to the bridge.
