No response from customer support

I have been waiting 193 hours for an answer to a simple question. I'm asking for my money back. Can anyone recommend a better manufacturer? Tado seem like a very difficult company to communicate with.

    193 hours is poor whether or not it's working time.

    How did you communicate with them?

    I raised a question on webchat this week and got a response same day so perhaps they've just not seen your message
