Smart radiator thermostat keeps on recalibrating and not updating

Hi there, I have installed five radiator thermostats and I have a problem with one of them. The thermostat is not updating and when I connected it to the radiator it calibrated just fine but it started to recalibrate every five minutes. I have tried to pair it again, reset it, changed batteries ut in two days they where dead because of the calibration process repeating on and on… I tend to think this is a defective unit.

Any suggestions?

    @Yodani Have you tried swapping the SRV with one that does work? That may help you establish if the unit is defective.
