Boiler no longer working

Hi, I just installed my Room thermostat today and all worked fine for an hour however the boiler is no longer working at all. It’s a Baxi combo boiler and replaced an old 3 wire sienna room thermostat.
Help. What can I do to troubleshoot this please?
