can I ask is it disabled through firmware or actual physical connection in the wireless starter kit, was hoping to buy but really wanted OpenTherm, so wondered if firmware it could be added later ?

    Thanks I was hoping it wasn’t physical and I could buy a wireless kit, can’t understand why the wired kit is more expensive and has less items in the box.

    I think the wireless kit is on special offer? Judging by tado describing the opentherm wireless receiver as part of 'starter kit for combis' on its UK professional site there's a chance it may begin selling it more widely in the UK, but don't quote me on that.
