How can I link a smart trv and wireless thermostat ?
Hi, just had a new system fitted, we have three underfloor heating wired thermostats downstairs, along with 4 radiator smart TRV'S. On the first floor a wired thermostat and the rooms then have a smart TRV on each radiator and currently in 3 of the rooms wireless thermostats. on the 2nd floor two smart TRV'S. In total there are 15 Smart TRV's in the house.
I might have missed something when setting up the parts but the TRV in the room with the wireless thermostat isn't linked up and showing as one item in the room ( if that's possible) I have the rooms named the same, but I guess my question is do I delete everything and start again or is there a way to amalgamate the two so it's just one box in the app to set up.
This has arisen from the fact certain radiators just don't heat up when they're on demand, the app shows demand but there is no supply to them.

With regards to some radiators not heating up. TRVs have two modes of operation. They can activate the boiler by making a request to the Zone Controller, or they are Independent. When assigned as Independent the valve opens and closes, but does not turn the boiler on (bit like a regular TRV). There's a limit to how many devices can be linked to a Zone Controller.
