I need help with my tado

I can't control my tado from the app on my phone.everything is connected and showing paired.i can only switch heating on at the wireless receiver.its a combie boiler and I did the setup for that so the hot water light is off now.what am I doing wrong.

    What Tado products are installed? Assuming there’s a wireless temperature sensor can you control the heating from that? If you have Tado trvs do any of them call for heat? If you use the the desktop version of the forum you can post pictures of your wiring.

    Not sure what you mean by a hot water light. Where?

    It was professionally installed it worked the first day now its not working from the app.i have setup a schedule for Monday to Friday and the weekend but nothing happens it says its on the heating but its not the only way to put it on is with the wireless receiver.
