How do I turn on the downstairs radiators?

Upstairs radiators are working on the time settings but not the downstairs.
Just moved in and haven't a clue 🙃

    Do you have Tado installed? If so what is, wired/wireless thermostats, radiator trvs, and how many do you have?

    Yes Tado is installed, the bridge is working, I think the thermostat is wireless
    Not sure what you mean by radiator trvs??

    Ok, I haven't got the smart radiator thermostat. Just normal temperature control

    Normally in dual zoned houses there are two wired thermostats, one upstairs and one downstairs to control the separate zones. If you haven’t got this then your house might not be zoned. I would check all the radiators are turned on. What can you see on the app? Is the house divided into rooms?

    I only have one thermostat in the hall way.
    All radiators are on.
    The app shows just one room.
    I can set the schedule ok but it still only works for the upstairs radiators

    I think you need to get a plumber to take a look, it sounds like it isn’t a problem with Tado.
