Smart radiator thermostat pairing button doesn't work

Bought seven radiator thermostats a few months ago, thought I'd better get them working before winter. I have managed to pair four of them, the other three nothing happens when I press the 'pairing' button. I've tried resetting by taking the batteries out and putting them back. Nada. The wireless hub is working OK as I've paired four successfully. Any ideas?

    Try taking them closer to the bridge, sounds like they might be out of range. Unfortunately that might mean you need to move the bridge afterwards.
