Why does it heat only if Wired Smart Thermostat in the status of heating?

I expect that "Living room (TV zone)" and "Living room (balcony)" are heating but they are not.

What can be wrong with my configuration?

"Living room (thermostat)" is Wired Smart Thermostat

My Tado manages Kombi Kompakt HRE 36/30 A

Your wired thermostat is the Zone Controller, meaning it can turn on the boiler. I suspect you have not assigned the Zone Controller to some rooms and they are using Independent mode. Follow this guide on how to check/change the Zone Controller for each room.

Yes, likely it could be solved the way describing via the link you have provided, but I have made it a bit different way - I have removed Wired Smart Thermostat and added it again.

So after a few configurations on Wired Smart Thermostat, it has started to work the expected way 😎
