Tado system not talking to boiler after upgrade of app

Is the heart beat LED on the extension kit still pulsing? Does the bridge have all LEDs on? And can you manually control the physical devices to turn on the boiler? Regardless of what has happened with the app, even if you deleted it from your phone, you should still have manual control. If you've lost local control it would indicate some sort of HW problem.

LED still pulsing… Bridge LED 100% on… app communicating to the thermostats and temperature being read by them… no, I can’t manually control the boiler…I find it really hard to believe it’s the wires as they said… now no one is getting back to me anymore0

If you don't have local control then it's possible some part of your heating system has failed. Could be Tado, or another part of the system. Alternatively the configuration for your Tado devices may have changed and is no longer valid. I see your other post about adding new devices - this may have inadvertently caused your problem. Customer support should be able to see if your configuration has changed recently, unfortunately you won't get a response from them until Monday.

I have the same problem, Tado stopped the communication with the boiler.
The Tado support on chat is very unexperienced, they answer you at totally different questions, it's unbelievable. Spent a lot of money to have a lot of problems.0
