Inherited system… need help
Hi,
I’ve recently bought the house I’m now in and it already had a wireless thermostat system. I can’t connect!! It’s not recognising or responding to my internet to connect to the internet bridge.
I didn’t install the system but assume it was a home installation by the people that lived here before. I’ve tried contacting the help chat but it’s useless - either the automated options are not relevant, or I’ve messaged directly and I’ve just been told to connect the internet bridge - I already know this!! And I also know it’s not working!!
Any advice?

What are you using to register the internet bridge? iPhone, android or desktop? There was a major service outage recently which might also have had an effect.0
