Replacing broken extension kit
I think the hot water relay has failed in the extension kit for our s-plan system - all looks good in the app when hot water turned on, but no click from the extension kit, and no hot water.
I happen to have a spare extension kit, so my question is what is the procedure?
Can I just swap it out and register the new one, or do I need to get Support involved?

Did you ever resolve this? Am about to try to do the same with my fault extension kit.0

Yes. I fitted the new one and paired it with the bridge. I had to get Support to remove the old one from the system.
