Internet Bridge
I have recently installed the Tado system for my heating and hot water but every time I connect the internet bridge via LAN the Wi-Fi stops working.
Has anyone else experienced this? Or suggest why this might be happening?
I have Sky Broadband and router.
Thanks

I'm with Sky (have been for many years) and have had Tado installed since last October. Currently I'm using the latest Sky router - SR203 - but that was only installed in April this year. Prior to that I was using a Sky Q Hub (ER115 or ER110) with an Orbi Mesh system.
I'm afraid I have never experienced the problems you've described and I struggle to imagine how such a problem might be created. The bridge does not work on WiFi channels so there should be no interference in radio frequencies.
I can only guess that you have a faulty router, port, Ethernet cable or bridge. If there is any way you can swap components maybe a process of elimination can identify the culprit. A second bridge might be tricky to come by, but hopefully you can swap cables, ports and maybe even the router (I've accumulated five Sky routers over the years).
Good luck.
