Can I use tado thermostat or smart valves offline/if tado servers are down?

Hi

So I got a TADO thermostat and I am planning to get some smart valves (I am preparing for the cold winter).

My main concern is whether I could program the thermostat/smart valves should I be offline or if the tado servers are down. Could i still program the valves/thermostat or they would be bricked?

    If there’s no internet connection or the servers are down, the room temperature can still be set on the appliances, but there’s no offline capability to follow a schedule.
