Just moved into new rentL property

I moved into new rental property at the beginning of the summer, so the heating was not needed until today. Now realised I have this tado system but cannot register it as it has been registered before. Can’t get heating to go on and previous tenant has gone to India. The three units dont speak to one another. Help!

Please contact the owner of the tado products to ask them to invite you to the account for you to be able to manage them:
For privacy and security reasons, once the products are registered to an account, only their owner can manage them.
