HomeKit show no response on 1/9 tado device

Hi there,

I got 9 tado radiator termo., all 8 are connected to HomeKit without any issue, but one is keep saying no response, but all 9 are showing up on Tado App correctly no problem there. any suggestion of what I can do?

    Try changing the temp on the trv itself so it calls for heat, that often re-establishes a connection. If not, try moving it to another room on HomeKit, and try restarting the home app. If that doesn’t work you might need to remove the trv from the Tado app and reinstall it.
  • Is the Tado internet bridge near a Philips Hue (or similar) hub. I was having the same no response issue (essentially), and it turned out to be caused by interference with the Hue hub.
