Is my installation correct? Heating not turning on!

Hi, I have installed my tado kit last night. However the CH is not turning on when calling for heat.

Can someone advise me if my installation is correct please?

For reference my set up is

two radiator zones with two thermostats (upstairs zone and downstairs zone)

hot water tank (unvented)
