No sustained hot water after new boiler installation

We had a new combi boiler installed yesterday (Viessmann Vitodens 100-W) with Tado Smart Learning thermostat and Smart TRVs. However, whilst the central heating is doing ok (although the radiators feel cooler than under the old boiler), the water heating is struggling - we might get a flow of hot water for a minute or so, it quickly cools off and then becomes cold. We're assuming it's probably a boiler issue and we're waiting for a call back from Viessmann, but we're not sure if it's possible / likely it's related to the Tado side of things. Any thoughts?

  • Can't see how Tado would have any impact on the HW flow from a combi boiler. I'd be getting your installer back onsite pronto
