Just moved in and need help please
We have just moved in and tado was already here. we have downloaded the app. Connected our smart thermostat and Internet bridge to the app. Our hot water is fine as have that set to eco so heats on demand but our heating is doing what it wants. We have set the heating to come on at certain time and temperatures but it comes on when it fells like it and doesn't come on when we want it to. Can any one help me please

Do you have only a smart thermostat or smart radiator valves as well?

Hi thank you for the reply. We have managed to sort it now. We didn't have the extension box connected to the app. 🙄1
