Hot water working via wired switch only

Today the hot water failed to come on when scheduled by the app. I have tested the motorised valve and it is fine and activates the boiler when manually switched.
I then tried pressing the button on the tado receiver and the hot water came on, but it will not come on when I select hot water boost in the app.
The heating works as normal

Firstly i would try Tado support rather than the community forum. Then if you still need help, describe what Tado devices you have and how they’re wired. You post photos on the desktop version of the forum.0
