How do I re-link my Hot Water connection?

Due to Storm Eunice I lost my internet connection and ran the the Tado system via manual control on the extension kit. Internet connection is back up and running and everything is working as per schedules EXCEPT my hot water. I can’t seem to control the hot water via app. What do I do?
