YesAre others as angry with this update as I am? The app is totally unusable. I am now reliant on the Windows app on my desktop PC for management of my heating but, of course, have no Geofencing without the mobile app.0

YesI am a long-time Tado user and have largely been very satisfied with the system. With this latest update, however, my wife and I both had to attempt to sign-in afresh, which would only have been a minor inconvenience - had it worked. Everything takes an inordinately long time, and we find ourselves having been thrown out by the system when trying to reclaim our 'phone usernames for Geofencing. I eventually managed to sign-in on my 'phone but it is not updating to show current status, although the system is clearly still following the schedule in use before the update. None of the functionality works. Fortunately, the Windows app I have on my desktop computer still works, but clearly I cannot use that for Geofencing...0

YesThere was a further update to 6.43 on 10th March, following 6.42 on 7th. I am now able to load and use Tado on my wife's phone. However, it still will not work on my phone - which is identical to my wife's (Moto G10) even after I deleted and reinstalled the app! I noticed, in Playstore, that others are also having difficulties. Tado replied to my review saying they are sorry for the issues I'm experiencing; they had to pull a few features from the app at the last moment but are working hard to restore them as soon as possible.0

"This is a known issue and we are currently investigating. when this occurs, please deactivate your WiFi and go back to the tado° app. You will then be able to continue using the app. After this, reactivate your WiFi and the app will continue to work.
