Poor reliability

I have constant issues with my system not behaving correctly. At the moment, hot water seems to be working according to the schedule, but the heating is not coming on, either manually or on schedule. I have reset the wireless receiver and the internet bridge, to no avail. I have checked the boiler and it appears to be in full working order.

The last time I had problems, it took tado two days to respond and I was without heating and hot water for the duration.

It seems to randomly drop the connection to the thermostats... resetting the bridge seems to fix it until it happens again.

I really don't know what to do with this system, the support seems disinterested and generally not available. Wish I had chosen any other brand.
