Heating come on when should be off

Heating is coming on high when it should be on low. Schedule is set correctly, and showing correct change to temp at correct time, but on the room icon itself it’s showing as heating is on. And on the radiator heating is on. Huge waste of energy and money.

    Might be you're losing connection with one of your radiator valves. I've had this before where heating is running despite nothing requesting. Check through heating history of each radiator. If you see gaps in plot line then that's a tell take sign you might be experiencing drop outs.

    Same issue. The heating states it’s off on my ap , yet the tenant informs me the heating is full on! I’m Totally confused !

    Where is the bridge? In some houses if it’s not positioned right it can lose connection with the wireless receiver.

    I have same issue. I only have the thermostat and bridge - no radiator valves. Worked fine for a long time, now just the radiators come on and the display and app say it’s turned off. The temp in the app is going up as the house warms up. Have to keep turning the boiler off to not roast the whole house!
