Wirder Smart Thermostat, screen is not working?

Istalled just two wired smart thermostats, the first one can show "hi!" and reacts when replacing batteries. I tested also with new batteries.
It does not respond anything I try to do manually. Not, if i press button shortly, 3sec, 5sec, 10sec or even 30sec.
From app it works, but not from thermostat itself? Is there a child lock that I'm not able get off? Please help! I have removed thermostat also from app and installed again - with no help.
I try to get in thermostat settings, but not even sure if I need to change anything? I have a underfloor heating with own boiler and tado is controlling independent zone valve for bedroom.
