Single Smart Radiator Thermostat overwriting Wireless Temperature Sensor for whole house
Hello,
I had a single wireless temperature sensor setup in the hallway which I had initially used for heating up the whole house (as it came with the kit). It worked fine, with all the radiators starting and stopping when they were meant to.
To make the system smarter, I have recently installed a smart radiator thermostat in my study as I spend most of my time there and don't want to heat the whole house. The device said it had paired correctly and was installed properly. I have it to a different schedule and higher temperature than the wireless temperature sensor (in the hallway) which should control the rest of the house.
Unfortunately, all the radiators seem to heat the house based on the radiator thermostat in the study, (even when the app tells me that the hallway which effectively should control the whole house is not being heated).
Please help, as adding the smart radiator thermostat is having the exact opposite intent of what I had installed it for!
Thanks,
Moi

so... if I understand you correctly you only have a Wireless Temperature Sensor and a single Smart Radiator Thermostat ? so, if this is correct then either the WTS or SRT will call for heat depending that room and room temp, and all other rads that do not have a SRT will get hot, as they can not be controlled without installing SRT on all those rads.
Hope this helps.

You need to add thermostats to your other radiators . . .
