Bridge not connecting - need some technical information if possible
My full fibre network operator rolled out an update to their network which has killed my bridge. The "cloud" LED is now constantly flashing. The router logs are sparse and do not give any clues and I'm hoping that someone here is able to tell me the ip address that the bridge connects to so I can pass that information to my internet supplier who in turn can pass that to the network operator.
Yes, I have contacted "support" and received a template reply which was of no use. I've been waiting for 21 hours for a reply on chat. I've had Tado long enought to remember that once you could call and speak to some very knowledgable folks. Whatever happened?
Anyway, thanking you in advance.

@tulloch
I assume the update rolled out was software & didn’t involve any changes to hardware and that it hasn’t stopped the connectivity of any other devices?
The Ethernet connection of Tado’s bridge only works at a very slow (10 mbs) speed. Some users have reported problems with their network equipment not being able to connect at such a low speed. I wonder if this could be the cause of your problem?0 -
Thanks both. I'd read about the 10mbs issue but it had been working for months on this new router (Fritzbox 7630)
The router was updated about 5 days before the network update was rolled out and the bridge still worked fine after that update. City Fibre have said the network update is specific to my ISP and have basically put the ball in their court. The ISP are investigating.
@rafm5 That's about the only thing I've not tried, even the ISP did not suggest it. Going to do that now, worth a try but not hopeful.

Restarting the ONT didn't solve it. Only been waiting 5 days now for Tado to respond.
