loosing the will to live with tado

hey all, i have a simple todo kit for my heating-

1-wireless thermostat, 1- wireless receiver and 1 internet bridge.

I purchased the system in november last year, all worked fine for 3 weeks and then gave me "no remote access" on the wireless receiver, i found this out whilst waking up in the morning to the heating being on full blast and our smart meter reading £16 electric used overnight......amazing!?Since then it has not worked despite spending hours trying to fix this issue.

The bridge is upright, away from obstructions and in the next room to the wireless reciever (single skin brick wall) all the lights on the bridge say its working fine, the wireless reciever is showing two solid led lights, power and connected.

taco just keep saying move the wireless receiver however i know it isnt this, it is stuck on the middle of the wall in the perfect bloody position and looks awful tbh!

any ideas before the thing goes in the bin and i return back to nest, i am in shock such an awful system can get sold.

    Are you able to check the firmware versions of the wireless receiver, bridge etc via the app? (under Settings, Rooms & Devices) to ensure they are up to date?

    I'm assuming that you've removed / reinstalled the batteries in the wireless receiver?

    Like others I have noticed that Tado wireless connectivity seems to 'tune in' and become far more reliable (I have a system with 12 TRV's) but I would have hoped, since you've had the kit several months, this would already have occurred.
