I just registered my Tado equipment - why do I need to create a separate account for community questions?

    @JM_GLD Long story short, these are two different platforms, not linked to each other. In theory it should increase privacy and security.

    Also they just use standard forum software which likely has only its own user database and cannot be linked to an external user database. Very common in IT, almost every application has this problem (even though standards exist for such linkage).
