Hot water control not working
My setup:
Worcester Greenstar 32CDi Combi Boiler + MT10
I disconnected MT10 and installed the extension kit as outlined in the DIY instructions. The instructions told me only to connect two wires, blue (-) and brown (+) to the EMS block of the boiler.
I did this, it powered up, extension kit is on and its all synced and heating controls work perfectly.
However, nothing happens when I try to control water. I suspected it’s not possible to control heating & water and give extension power all from 2 wire but I was assured, if that’s what the instructions say then that is sufficient.
Can someone please assist me with this.

Hello Jason,
It is indeed possible to control heating and hot water using the digital BUS.
Please, contact our technical support so we can review this installation with you and investigate the issue.
Best,
