Tado EU Wireless Receiver or Extension Kit
I've got a Vaillant EcoTEC Pro 28 combi boiler which uses eBus but not OpenTherm - I know the latest UK wireless starter pack comes with a wireless receiver that doesn't support digital communication.
Would it be better to purchase a now discontinued extension kit or source an EU version of the wireless starter kit and just swap out the EU plug? If it's the latter does anyone know of anywhere that's selling them?
Don't know if I'm just not typing the right words in but I'm getting next to no results when trying to find an EU version online.

I bought an unopened Extension Kit from eBay and it’s been working well, but from what I understand you can also order from the Irish Tado store to the UK.

I bought from this link (although it was shipped from Germany).
Tado were also happy to ship me a UK plug separately when I asked for one. That said, its currently powered via the boiler anyway!

Exactly the same boiler and question. I have the UK Screwfix black wireless starter kit for £99. Should I now just buy EU extension/receiver ? I see this on Ebay from time to time. I assume I can just swap the boxes to take advantage of the Valiant Ebus connections?
Secondly I'm still not sure If I should use Valiant Ebus, or If I should buy the VR33 module for my boiler and get true OpenTherm. Not sure if OpenTherm has any advantage over Ebus??
