Tado Purchase ??

Hi, I currently have a new ideal logic+ combi boiler that is controlled by a Drayton Digistat+3. This is connected by 2 low voltage cables (Red = C / Yellow = On) there is also a blue wire that is not connected. Basically I am wanting to replace this with a smart app controlled stat and wanted to know if the Tado is compatible and if so how would I connect this up, thanks
