Cant open the app
"Connecting to the server has failed. Please check your internet connection"
On my phone I can't open the app, but if I go to the web and login to the tado site I can see that web app is connected and displaying the latest data.
Any idea why ?

You'll need to provide more details if you want help. Phone model, OS, using wifi, using cellular etc.
