Intermittent remote access.

I’ve had my Tado installed for about 2 months. Has been ok in the main. Last 2 days it’s got extremely flakey. The remote connection is constantly dropping in and out on the hot water and one of the rooms. I haven’t moved anything. Have Tado “updated” anything? It’s a mystery and not very pleasant. Today I’ve had no hot water. This was a different as yet undiagnosed issue as the app was telling me I was connected and hot water was on. Wireless controller wouldn’t fire the boiler. This is all a bit disappointing.
