Temperature regulation quality

My Tado controls my dated boiler/heater which has no OpenTherm, so it's modulating. I noticed that after some time the accuracy of temperature regulation improved - at least it looks like that on the screenshots below - correct me if I am wrong. Better quality of regulation is better indeed, but on the other side I see that the heater stays longer in non-idle mode. The question is - what are consequences of that for the heater? Is this good or not? I think my old thermostat worked similar to what you see on the first screenshot.
