Unreliable thermostat

My thermostat is just out of its 2 year warranty, and is frequently losing its remote connection. Tado cannot help and suggest it is replaced but this makes it an expensive system. Have others experienced similar unreliability problems?

    @stephenhayter You mean connection with the bridge when you say remote connection? Or do you mean internet connection?

    Tado devices connect via the bridge. Did you move it, or change its orientation? Vertical/horizontal?

    If you mean internet, do you have a reliable connection? Are all the lights on the bridge on all the time?

    (What about the thermostat’s batteries?)
