Which hardware for two zones?

Our house has two heating zones: downstairs, controlled by a thermostat in the hallway and a programmer in the utility room, and upstairs, controlled by a separate thermostat/controller. Hot water is also switched on/off with the controller downstairs. I’m not sure what kind of boiler we have yet (just moved in and can’t see any markings on it). EDIT: it’s an Ideal Icos HE24 condensing boiler.

I’m having trouble working out which Tado hardware we need. I assume we need a wireless starter kit to replace the downstairs setup, but what about upstairs? Do I need an additional kit to replace the thermostat
/controller there?

@mbd Sounds like you need an additional Smart Thermostat upstairs. Get it confirmed with tado° support team before buy.
