App hangs trying to add devices (spinning circle)
Hello, I'm new to Tado, using it with the Android phone app (v6.33.0).
Adding the bridge and wireless receiver worked ok using the phone's camera and QR codes.
After that, once I tap "Add Device", I get a spinning circle only, and then it either hangs there indefinitely, or loads the "Scan device registration details" page and then hangs there with the a spinning circle where the camera should be.
(Obviously I've allowed the app access to the camera)
I can add devices using the web-page and manually entering the serial number and Auth code, but that's obviously a pain.
Any ideas what's causing this?

Has anybody solved this issue. I am adding a new device but get this same issue. All was fine a couple of months ago!0

Tado is currently having problems with their cloud service. This may be the cause of your problem today.
