Bridge not connecting to Mobile

I've plugged in the bridge to my Virgin router and all 3 LEDs are constant. However, the app on my mobile persistently displays "Error Connecting to the server has failed. Please check your internet connection". There's nothing wrong with my internet connection.

Any ideas?

  • Looks like it's OK now - probably just took a while because it was the initial connection.
