Replace traditional heating advice

I have currently got a honeywell st9100c for the hot water and two separate heating zones controlled by wireless cm927 controllers with bdr91 relay boxes. The relay boxes and hot water controller are all in the same cupboard with a hot water tank. Boiler is in the attic. I was looking to find out if it was possible to replace this with tado wireless setup ideally with two heating zones.
