TRV Control

Options

I have changed from gas central heating to a Mitsubishi Ecodan ASHP and I want to use the Tado Bridge and Wireless thermostat from the gas CH system, to control TRV's on the radiators creating an upstairs zone.

Is this practical?

If so I may buy sufficient TRV's and a second Wireless Thermostat, to create upstairs and downstairs zones.

The ASHP does not employ a room thermostat and temperatures are controlled by standard TRV's.

There is no question of using the Tado equipment for control of the ASHP.
