Sync Issue when changing room temperature ?

I have the livingroom where there's the main thermostat and 4 TRV's on the radiators. They are all defined as being in the Livingroom. When I change the temperature in the Livingroom using the main thermostat, the TRV's do not sync meaning they don't adjust the temperature. This used to work. Changing temperatures in individual other rooms work.

What might be the cause ?

    Could you expand on that please? If you use the app and change the temp for the main stat does it work i.e. is it only when you try to change the temperature directly AT the main thermostat apparatus itself that you have the problem?
