Manual operation.
I recently moved into a property that has a Tado system installed.
My vendor registered me as a user, so all good there.
The problem is that I'm not on the Internet yet, and won't be until 4/1, BT are managing this, so the date is aspirational.
So, I tried operating the system manually. I have two panels. The panel in my bedroom will turn the heating on in that room and nowhere else. The downstairs panel operates the hot water for the house. which is mercifully on, but does not operate the central heating.
Any suggestions please?

Once the internet connection is available the Tado cloud will take control of your heating and run the heating schedules defined in the app. You’ll want to change the schedule defined by the previous owner, add your contact details and delete any email addresses that you don’t recognise.

Is the bridge/hub powered up? And do you have smart TRVs on the radiators? If you do you will need to manually adjust these to the required temperature.

Hi Cheese
Thank you for your prompt reply.
I have a box beneath the boiler, which is not touch sensitive, so that, one would presume, is the bridge, which is lit and therefore powered.
I do not have smart TRVs, but confirm all radiator valves are open.
As explained, I have hot water throughout and central heating to the master bedroom on the 2nd floor, which has a separate control panel.
So the boiler is working, there's just something wrong with the Tado system.
My vendor confirms it was working on Monday, but since then the Internet has gone and won't be back until 4/1.

I’m guessing the box below the boiler is an extension kit. You can manually control it by following these instructions. There’s a button on top that is not easy to see.
The bridge/hub plugs into the back of the router. You will need it for communication between devices. The bridge looks like one of these.

Thank you Cheese.
If this works, which is a rather big If given my experience with Tado thus far, what happens when my Internet connection is re established?
