Extension blinking 4 times and the Thermostat won't register in the app

Hi. I'm having two challenges getting the heating system running with my new Tado.

  1. The Extension is blinking 4 times and won't pair, although I was able to pair the Smart Thermostat.
  2. I can't register the Smart Thermostat in the app - the photo won't work even though my phone camera is working fine, and it won't accept the manual registration when I try to do that.
