Turn off tado and use a radiator normally
Hi, I've moved into a rented flat that uses tado. There's one thermostat sensor at the top of the stairs. The whole house is set up as one 'room'. This means that when on a cycle it just heats everything up like wild until the thermostat can sense it.
I just want to turn on one radiator in the living room and not have all the heating in the house turn on. How do I turn tado off? I don't want manual control of the tado, as that will just allow me to manually turn on the whole house. I just want to turn on a radiator like a normal house.

You’ll need to buy tado radiator thermostats for each radiator in the house if you want the type of control. I’ve just recently done exactly that. Keep in mind though that you may need to keep one radiator on permanent to avoid choking the system and causing the boiler/pump to stall or go into lock-out mode.0
