Auto assist removed

My son and I both purchased Tados. In June this year my son moved in with us whilst his new home was finished. Whilst living with us, he had access to our Tado via the app.
He moved into his house yesterday and reinstalled his own, completely separate, Tado that he had taken with him from his old house. He had a couple of issues and Tado sorted them out at 17.40.
Six minutes later Tado told me my auto assist had been removed as MY bridge had been installed elsewhere.
We BOTH have Tados with our own independent bridges.
I contacted them and said there’s something wrong. They’ve replied quoting my sons bridge number and saying as his Tado has been installed in his new house, MY Autu-Assist has been transferred to him.
I sent further emails last night showing my Tado bridge QR code and number but STILL haven’t had a reply!
Has this happened to anybody else and if so, how did you get it sorted
