Tado firing heating outside of schedule without manual intervention
Tado keeps randomly firing up in the middle of the night on one of my wireless thermostats, when the schedule is set to off, even without manual intervention. When I open the app it says “resume schedule” at the top of the Home Screen, but neither of us have changed the heating.
We wake up and find our upstairs is at 25 degrees! There’s no indication in the app to suggest why the heating came on, but when I click on the room and click the stats I can see that the heating started at about 1am and has been running all night on one of the rooms…
Has anyone else had this problem?? Can’t find anything on support articles to explain/fix.

Hi. I keep having the exact same problem, and I’ve replaced the batteries just one month ago. Any clues? TIA0

Is it the same as my issue here? https://community.tado.com/en-gb/discussion/11281/extension-kit-loses-connection-sets-boiler-to-11
It fires up, but the graph on the app does not say the heating is active.
